It took longer than I was hoping for, but we finally have the Backerkit out to backers, and the Kickstarter now has a PreOrder button for those who want to jump in as we reach the final stage of production.

We Did IT!

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to reach out and thank every one of you for helping to make H. P. Lovecraft Preparatory Academy a successful Kickstarter for Third Eye Games, our highest funded even. So, what are our next steps?

#1 - The book is in editing. That will likely take another week or two in order to complete and make sure it's in the best form we can get it. 

#2 - Then layout begins, followed closely by art direction. This takes a bit longer, but we are on track to hitting our goals for this to proceed pretty quickly. 

#3 - Final Proofs take a few days, but not much longer than that. Once that's done, the PDF will be complete and we can start all of this! 

We're already working on getting mechanics converted to the Pip System and Savage Worlds, and we're outlining what those will look like. And Jeff is already creating all the brand-new classes for the core game. So much excitement here at Third Eye Games for H. P. Lovecraft Preparatory Academy and we can't wait to deliver it to you.

Hey all!

We recently broke the stretch goal for a Savage Worlds version of HPL Prep and I added tiers to address that. We’re already getting started on this and the Pip System conversion in hopes of getting them out ASAP.

Our next two stretch goals are for the Inheritors (aka Artificers) and the Cuckoos (aka Infiltrators). Here’s a little more info on there new classes!

The Inheritor ($11,000)

Somehow you got a hold of an ancient artifact, like a stone dagger, a strange crystal wand, or a glowing pendant. Maybe it belonged to an ancient alien race or it was used in arcane rites. Whatever, it's yours now - at least, for as long as you can hold onto it! As long as you possess the artifact, it grants you special powers, but there are others who covet your power....

Cuckoo ($12,000)

You were created by an alien intelligence - perhaps the Migo, the Elder Things, or some unknown race - to infiltrate the academy. You have fragmented dream of your creation, but you do not know who created you or for what purpose. You were given human form, but you are not human. You are stronger and smarter than the humans around you. They're a bit odd, but you like them. But you know that, one day, your masters will return to reclaim you, and when they do, they will likely dissect you to discover everything you have learned and experienced.
